These days there is a lot of competition in the construction industry, so to remain in the market and as well as for better performance we hired top and experienced estimators with more than 10 years of experience. We have more than 20 estimators with us so we cover each trade of construction.
Actually the exact price can only be quoted after reviewing the plans, size of the project and the line items you want us to estimate. So, for the exact quote, you need to send your project plans in PDF format. After reviewing the plans we will give you a firm quote in which our service charges and turnaround time will be mentioned.
If you agreed on that quote then we will proceed with your estimate.
We are using a highly accurate construction cost database and best tools for our take-offs, so yes we claim 98% accuracy for all of our take-offs.
The turnaround time will be calculated after reviewing the plans but a 2000 sq ft which includes each work in it, will take 2-3 days turnaround time.
We have some regular clients, as they have a lot of work so some of their projects need early assistance so, yes we have that opportunity for you as well, but definitely it will include some extra charges as we need to give some extra commission to our estimators for this kind of projects.
For the convenience of our clients and for the secure method, we use Payoneer payment gateway and if someone wants to pay us through a check, we have that way also with us.
